All About Rachel This is Rachel’s first year at RESA. She moved from Yuma, Arizona, where she lived and taught in a self-contained Deaf and Hard of Hearing classroom for two years. Rachel loves to have fun and truly enjoys teaching her students. Rachel and her boyfriend are new to the Augusta, Georgia area, and are looking forward to officially becoming Georgia Peaches. Rachel’s position includes responsibilities such as: teaching students’ in K-12th grades, maintaining hearing aids and equipment, and troubleshooting with teachers, parents, the community and the school staff to maintain students’ academic success. You may find Rachel from Augusta to Emanuel Counties serving the wide range of GA school systems. Rachel looks forward to becoming a new member of the RESA family and if she can be of any assistance please, “holler” her way! |
