 2009-2010 Technical Services

The Technical Services Department provides computer and audiovisual service to member systems and is comprised of a team of four technicians and one coordinator with various areas of expertise.   Areas of specialization include: Network/Windows NT, troubleshooting and consultation, bid purchasing of hardware, peripherals, supplies,  and repair and maintenance for PC, Macintosh and AV equipment.  Click here to meet the staff of the Technical Services Department.

Following is the schedule for the CSRA RESA technicians. Schools that do not submit prior service requests will not see a technician on the scheduled day. Needs indicated on the repair requests will determine the appropriate technician or technicians visiting the school.

Monday:  Shop Day

Tuesday:  Burke, Lincoln, Taliaferro

Wednesday:  McDuffie, Glascock

Thursday:  Jenkins, RiverQuest

Friday:  Columbia
