About Rick Beal

Rick Beal received a B.A. degree in Secondary Education, a Masters in Secondary Administration and a second Masters in Guidance and Counseling from Central Michigan University.  He received his Ed. Specialist degree from Troy State University.  Rick has worked as a high school business education teacher, crisis counselor, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent and has nine years experience as an education consultant working at RESAs.

Rick specializes in school improvement, effective classroom management, leadership development, safe and drug free schools, conflict resolution, anti-bullying program, anger management, and crisis intervention training.
