About Gail Duggan

Gail began teaching as a second career in 1986. During her teaching career, she has been involved in high school science, various middle school programs, and many technology initiatives. In 1996, she earned her MEd in Instructional Technology. Over the years she has received many awards including system Teacher of the Year, 4-H Leadership Award, and the Golden Apple Award. She is also an award-winning grant writer. Gail is active in her local community theater where she acts and sings.

Gail's responsibilities at CSRA RESA include: Instructional Technology, Data Analysis/Dissaggregation, Science Content, On-Line Courses, Tech Lab Offerings, PSC Computer Competency Course, MEEK Project, and Grant Writing.
