GACE Para Dates/Times

*** PLEASE NOTE - ALL CSRA RESA SPRING AND SUMMER TESTING SESSIONS ARE FULL AND NO ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS CAN BE ACCEPTED. GACE® (Georgia Assessment for the Certification of Educators) offers a paper- based assessment at testing centers in Augusta and across the state. You can access their website and view registration information at www.gace.nesinc.com. If you have additional question regarding the test, please contact GACE® at (800) 523-7064 or (413) 256-2894. For operator assistance, call 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. eastern time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Payment Information:

The test fee for the GACE Internet-based testing is $35.00 (please read the red paragraph below). GACE test fees are paid using a credit card the day of the test. Your testing proctor will assist you with this process. Test fees must be paid with by VISA or MasterCard or a check card that carries the VISA or MasterCard logo and that can be used without the entry of a personal identification number (PIN). If you do not have a credit/check card with the VISA or MasterCard logo please contact Faith Hopkins at (706) 556-6225 ext. 114, so that a payment arrangement can be made.

***Note: Effective 6/1/08 - Any persons not employed in a school system within our service area (Burke, Columbia, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, Lincoln, McDuffie, Richmond, Taliaferro, Warren, and Wilkes) will be charged an additional $10.00 administrative fee. This fee is in addition to the $35.00 GACE testing fee and MUST BE PAID IN CASH, with exact change, the day of the test. Proof of employment (school ID or pay stub) must be brought to the testing session in order for the $10.00 fee to be waived.

Registration Information:

The GACE® Paraprofessional Internet-based Test will be offered on the dates and times listed below. Please arrive on time. Please note that if you cannot attend your scheduled testing session, you must contact CSRA RESA to cancel your registration. Many testing sessions have large waiting lists. Failure to cancel may result in your being unable to test at our agency again. We will gladly reschedule your test for a more convenient time.
