Registration Procedures

·  Registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis with priority given to school systems served by CSRA RESA.  CSRA RESA serves twelve school districts, each having its own local registration policy.  Participants must follow registration procedures of the school system at the local and district level.  These procedures are in place to insure standards for local school improvement initiatives and state law are met.  Failure to obtain proper approval may result in denial of professional credit and system payment of fees.   All registration deadlines are three weeks before each course is scheduled to begin.

·  Cancellations must be received one week prior to the beginning of a class to receive a refund.  Systems and/or participants will be notified AND invoiced for “no shows” except in an emergency.   Absentee Policy:  Absences may not exceed more than 10% of a course.

·  Participants not employed by a public school system must pay $25.00 per PLU in addition to course fees.
